Dr. Jamie Peddy

Dr. Peddy hails from Long Island, NY, where she grew up riding and showing hunter/jumpers. She earned a bachelor of science degree in biology from Brown University, and while there continued her involvement with horses by captaining the Brown Varsity Equestrian Team. In 2010 she earned her veterinary degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine, graduating with honors in large animal surgery and sports medicine/imaging. Following graduation Dr. Peddy relocated to the Maryland/Pennsylvania area for her internship, and has continued to practice in the area ever since. Dr. Peddy lives in Baltimore County, MD with her husband, daughter and one very grouchy cat. She is also the proud owner of a young warmblood gelding, Jaden, who she hopes to start under saddle soon.
